1) you have INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION

Conditions for cancellation:
If the customer wishes to terminate the arrangement, it must do so in writing. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for the calculation of the costs. In case of cancellation the following costs are charged:

• 10% of the facility for the cancellation of more than 30 days prior to departure;
• 30% of the facility for failure 29 to 25 days before departure;
• 50% of the facility for failure 24 to 20 days before departure;
• 70% of facility failure 19 to 15 days before departure;
• 90% of the value of a facility failure 14 to 10 days before departure;
• 100% of the arrangement for the cancellation 9-0 days prior to departure,

whereby the value of the facility in any case not include the registration fee and the cost of travel cancellation insurance.

We'd like to save such financial shocks and associated anger! Therefore, we recommend you take insurance for vacation (booking). The insurance premium is 5% of the total amount of travel.

Insured reasons for cancellation
If, due to unexpected reasons, the trip can not start or it must be stopped, insured reasons for cancellation are events listed next:

• unexpected serious illness, serious physical injury caused in an accident, an allergic reaction to the vaccine or death;
• loosening of implants in joints;
• unexpected serious illness, serious physical injury caused in an accident, or death (including suicide) of a family member, making your presence necessary;
• pregnancy, which was determined after booking the journey, or complications of pregnancy up to and including the 35th week of pregnancy;
• greater damage to the carry in your place of residence due to a natural disaster (eg. floods, storms), due to fire, water leakage from plumbing fixtures or criminal act of a third party, making your presence necessary;
• no-fault job loss due to the failure by the employer;
• conscription for military service or civilian service;
• bring an action for divorce or. in the case of a registered partnership bringing proceedings to an end before a joint journey spouses or. Living passengers;
• separation (at the same address for 6 months) due to the omission of common residence prior to the onset of a common journey of life companions;
• failure to baccalaureate or equivalent in a similar final examination in at least a three-year educational program;
• received an unexpected summons.

Limitations of insurance coverage:
Cancellation or interruption of travel.
There is no insurance cover, if the cause of cancellation or interruption of a journey had:

• already existed or was foreseeable;
• related to the underlying disease or the risk of the insured person (eg. a family member) has been discussed:
  • outpatient in the last 6 months or
  • in hospital in the last 9 months

before the conclusion of insurance (for trip cancellation) or before leaving on a trip (when travel is interrupted). This excludes those checks.
